One on one session to address your nutrition goals. Available in person or via video chat. We offer tailored support for heart healthy, diabetic, renal or other medically recommended diets; and much more. Assistance with meal planning and recipe modification. Consultation times typically range from 30-60 minutes. Initial consultations are 60 minutes. Ask about our NEW CLIENT PACKAGE!

Grocery Store Tour

Need help kick-starting that diet? Want to learn to shop healthier? Can't figure out a Nutrition Facts panel? Cut the confusion over what to buy at the store. Offering private or small group tours of local stores or where you like to shop. Typically takes about 2 hours. Tours can be customized to meet your specific needs.

Pantry Raid

What's in your cabinets? A dietitian will come to you for a 45 minute visit and help you identify what's helping and what's not. This is a judgment free experience. We don't believe in the food police. This is a great add-on service for those getting a grocery store tour or personal nutrition counseling.

Pantry Clean Out $75

Personal Shopping

Send an RD to the grocery store for you. Great for those with limited time to invest in stocking the pantry with delicious, healthy foods. Price may vary based on distance and time.

Personal Shopping $85. Any time over 2 hours will incur extra cost.

Meal selection guidance, recipes, and nutrient analysis for your goals. Great add on feature for private nutrition coaching or personal shopping. Price varies, please contact us for more details.
